We were made to feel so welcome by Lana at Flow when my daughter started in the preschool class. 

Lana’s teaching style is wonderfully open, giving the children confidence in their bodies as they learn basic movements through fun and formal ballet exercises.

My 2.5 year old has been attending since it opened and she loves it. Challenging at times because of her age but Lana shows good patience with teaching all the little ones. This is obviously her passion and I highly recommend Flow!

I was lucky enough to attend workshops mentored by Lana Panfilow during my time studying at ABA. She was always my favourite guest tutor and I remember counting down the days on my calendar before the summer school would commence. Her choreography was inspiring and she worked with every dancer individually to ensure they got the most from the repertoire. She combined all styles of dance which was incredibly helpful when bridging my personal struggle from ballet to hip hop. Lana was not only a teacher but a great friend and mentor who guided me growing up in such a competitive industry.

Lana is the kind of teacher that takes great care in balancing fun and hard work in her dance classes. Because of her enthusiastic and cheerful personality and great teaching skills, she is one of the best teachers out there. I would definitely recommend her.

I started my ballet training with Lana at Fafa. I learned a lot from her lessons. And thanks to her I graduated from the Utrecht Dance Academy as a dancer/dancer teacher. I am thankful for all her advice and support, because she is a great dance teacher.

Lana is amazing! I do adult classes with her Thursdays and I am really enjoying her teaching and the dances we are learning are fab!! 

Honestly the best dance school in New Zealand. I had classes with three different teachers and all of them are amazing. Everyone is really kind and supporting and they know what they do!
