In 2006, Lana Panfilow graduated from the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet after which she joined the Royal New Zealand Ballet Company during their season of Giselle. For 10 years she has danced for professional companies all over Europe, focusing on ballet, contemporary and jazz. She now is thrilled to be sharing her knowledge to the next generation of dancers.

Jess commenced her dance training at the age of 7yrs. She trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, National Character and Hip-Hop Dance styles and always achieved top marks in her exams through NZAMD, BBO AND ATOD.
Realising that teaching was her true passion, after her time as a dance student she continued on as a trainee teacher. Now with over 12 years of teaching experience and gaining a Certificate IV Dance Teaching and Management qualification with the ATOD.
Jess has gained many valuable skills and tools throughout her teaching so far, and specialises in both shy and confident children ensuring her classes combine the technical aspects of all dance genres as well as having fun whilst learning. She is really looking forward to the year ahead at Flow, nurturing each student on their individual dance journey.
Amy holds a Premiere Master ADTA Acro Certification and a Bachelor of Performing Arts with a specialisation in Music Theatre. She runs her acro studio Acro with Amy in addition to teaching at numerous Christchurch dance schools.
